With a great coastal vibe, high ceilings, white floorboards, and beautiful natural light this home is just delightful to relax and enjoy a well-earned break. It offers the feel of a beach house accompanied by high quality and special touches that you don't often get in a holiday home. There is air conditioning in the living area and fans in all rooms. With two separate living areas and open plan living Miss Mollymook caters for the whole family. With multiple outdoor living areas including a gorgeous sunny deck for lounging and dining, it's the perfect spot for the morning coffee or afternoon drinks. It is also a perfect escape just for a couple who appreciates a peaceful getaway. Set amongst the lush gardens is our second bathroom this amazing outdoor shower has hot and cold water so you can shower under the blue skies or night stars. It really is a special feature of this home that guests just love.

Surrounded by greenery this home is only minutes' walk to the peaceful Coller's Beach, stunning Mollymook Beach, cafes, and the Beachside Golf Club. Also, very close to the buzz of Ulladulla and it's picturesque harbour. With the boutique shops and cafes of Milton and the fishing village of Burrill Lake being just a very short drive away. A must to visit is the renowned winery and restaurant of the stunning Cupitt's Winery, perfect for lunch. Rick Stein's Restaurant and an assortment of great cafes and bars, some with water views. Miss Mollymook is all about relaxing, spending precious time with family and friends and just chilling out amongst the peaceful aura she gifts her guests. Absolutely. Kylie was so helpful and the communication via email was prompt and thorough. They owners have thought of every need and comfort. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and fresh!
