Seabiscuit provides a private and unique oasis for all to enjoy. Immersed in sunshine, with nothing but the cooling sea breeze to interrupt the peaceful sounds of silence. Once settled, you will never want to leave.

The house main house has four generous bedrooms and two bathrooms, full of natural light and floor-to-ceiling glass, designed to capture the sea breezes and ocean glimpses. The self-contained studio is complete with bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette all leading to a covered outdoor entertaining area.

The central core of the house is the perfect meeting point for the entire family. Sit down and enjoy a meal at the rustic family dining table or relax in style either on the lounge or out on the terrace just soaking up the atmosphere and ocean glimpses.

The house is perfectly positioned away from the summer crowds yet is within walking distance to the beach and only minutes from the well-known village atmosphere of Mollymook Beach & Ulladulla. Enjoy the many cafes, restaurants, and wide variety of shopping. It is also within walking distance of Collers Beach and Ulladulla Harbour, or a gentle walk following the coastline through the Nurrawallee Nature Reserve.

Internet access - Complimentary WI-FI is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email or will be available at the property. Please note however that we cannot guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the unit will not be serviced, shampoo / conditioner are not supplied.


Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Terms & Conditions set out on our website along with the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
