This is a modern multi-level 2 bedroom apartment fitted with everything needed for a great holiday. The main bedroom has an ensuite, with a second bathroom and laundry on the ground floor. With a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining, there is a good size balcony complete with BBQ and outdoor seating. The garage has external access only.
Indulge in the shopping, cafes and restaurants on Ulladulla's main street take a short stroll to the nearby harbour, the kid's playground at Kendall Cottage or the northern side north of Ulladulla Harbour. This beach is a hidden gem just a short walk from Ulladulla's centre
You will often spot fisherman on the wharf, sometimes joined by the friendly pelicans that frequent our lovely harbour, which is also a particularly pretty spot to view the sunrise
There is the Gondwana Fossil Walk and Time Walk to explore the nearby northern headland and a shared pathway around the harbour to get you to the breakwater wharf, where monthly Sunday markets are held.

Fabulous Town House in a Great Location
Dianne - 5th March 2025Spacious, comfortable and very well equipped town house. An easy walk into town and close to nearby Mollymook. Very clean with a good supply of 'starter' provisions. Will definitely stay again.

Safety issues
Skender - 11th April 2023Convenient location, and sufficiently clean. Unfortunately, we experienced an emergency situation, and there were insufficient safety procedures in place. We were not given access to one of the exits to the property. Power went out during our stay, and we could not access the switch box in the garage, as the door to the garage was locked - we were not supplied the key. For what was an expensive stay, we expected a hair dryer to be provided, and not to have to put out the bins for collection.

We are glad you enjoyed the location of the unit. Yes, you did experience a situation which was a Severe Electrical storm. Unfortunately safety procedures are not always the same in each situation. The electrical storm caused a lightning strike that hit a tree in the neighbours yard, this in turn caused a full power failure. Due to this storm we would not allow our staff to attend until the storm passed. Once it did pass and settle down our staff went above and beyond to help with the situation that night. The next morning new electrical appliances that had blown during the storm were delivered so you would have them for the remainder of your stay. We are sorry that our help during the storm did not match your expectations and thank you for your feedback.
Great family holiday
Nathan - 21st March 2023My wife, twins, baby and myself stayed here in january for a week and it was perfect, close to everything, kids rode there scooters along the walking paths, place was immaculately clean, had plenty of kitchen accessories for cooking at home which we did most nights, was very quiet, had everything you would want including a bbq on the deck!! Only small thing was parking, we had parking beside the house for our prado as garage is very small, but been the last unit on the block we had extra room!!
