unit becoming out-dated wrt internal decor/fittings/kitchen utensils, crockery

Hi Kylie Thank you, we have enjoyed a lovely relaxing holiday at NO 8 Beachfront. A few points to help incoming guests to settle-in smoothly 1. The apartment was clean on arrival but the cleaner needs to give special attention to sand under the mat on the lower floor and sand/dust under the lounge on top floor. We found playing cards and rubbish under the glass top coffee table unit on top floor 2. There is no mop, dust pan or vacuum cleaner to aid regular cleaning of the unit. Our suggestion

Hi Peter, as a valued regular returning guest it was great to have you come and stay with us again. Your review on your departure is always valued and taken into consideration, as you know we have 2 team members check the property the day of your arrival. The rug downstairs did not have sand under it, as it is a jute type rug the fibers do shed. There is a mop and two brooms in the cupboard in the downstairs laundry and a dustpan under the sink upstairs. We will recommend to the owner to purchase a vacuum cleaner for guests. A wonderful 3 night stay at this well appointed apartment, it was very comfortable and accommodated all the family, lots of room. It had everything we needed for a great family holiday. Courtyard was the perfect area for the little family members. Great apartment!

The property was perfect in every way except for the mattresses which were very hard but you cant always have the perfect mattress when you are trying to please so many, this in no way altered our view of the perfect apartment. Everything needed, was included. It was fantastic

Nothing was needed at all to improve this property. Kylie and her team were amazing, we arrived in the pouring rain and freezing cold to a unit that had the lights on for welcome, along with the heater. There were fresh flowers on the bench too! what an absolute treat to be welcomed like that.

Air conditioning unit downstairs would be the only improvement we could find, as the unit was spotless, well equipped, including some gorgeous bath and body products.
