Located right on fabulous Mollymook Beach this beach house is the perfect spot to relax and recharge while enjoying all that the beautiful Mollymook area has to offer.

As well as offering immediate beach access, this lovely home is warm and inviting with beautiful garden and ocean views from 2 great entertaining decks. Sit back, relax and keep an eye out for those dolphins!

The space
There is off street parking for 3 cars (2 under cover). From the double carport one enters an attractive and secure walled garden courtyard – an ideal space to relax or watch the kids play.

Beyond the main entrance, the entry foyer leads to split levels of delightful beach house ambience.

On the UPPER level, the spacious main living /dining area features a modern kitchen, stylish beach décor, relaxed air-conditioned comfort and a Smart TV (using your own log in to access streaming services). The covered upper deck offers relaxed seating, an outdoor table setting for 8 people and an electric BBQ .

The ‘MIDDLE’ level has a separate lounge area with flat screen TV and desk leading to a generous beachside deck and lawn / garden area with private gate access to the beach. This level also features bedrooms 1 & 2, bathroom 1 (with WC) and a separate WC.

Also opening to the beachside lawn, the LOWER, or ground level, houses the spacious third bedroom suite. In addition to a queen bed this suite also offers a single trundle bed and double sofa bed. A second bathroom (with shower/bath and WC) and separate laundry adjoin the suite. Just outside the door you’ll find a convenient and private hot/cold outdoor shower to comfortably freshen up and wash away the sand before entering the house.

All three comfortable bedrooms feature queen beds. All together there is sleeping capacity for up to 9 people – with two bathrooms, three WC’s and two lounge/living areas.

All linen and bath towels are provided for your stay.

You just need to bring your own beach towels for swimming.

To maintain the high standard of accommodation offered we are able to welcome ONLY families and couples.

HOUSE RULES -

NO PARTIES. Schoolies, Parties or Bucks Weekends are strictly prohibited.

NO DOGS or other pets are permitted on the property.

Contravention of either of the above strict rules will mean you will be asked to leave the property and all monies paid will be forfeited.

PLEASE CONSIDER THE NEIGHBOURS

We ask that noise be kept to a minimum (especially after 10pm and before 7am).
