Great place for family getaway
Heather - 8th January 2025Great house, we didn't want for anything. Spent most of the time on the beach, back porch and using the BBQ, house was well set out and had everything needed for a holiday. Happy family and the dog had withdrawals when we got home from no off leash areas to run and the very relaxed holiday we all enjoyed.

Good Little Base in Narrawalle
Hayley - 23rd December 2024We've been visiting Narrawallee for the past couple of years and chose to stay at Barney's this trip as we had outgrown the accommodation we had stayed at in the past few years. Barney's was clean, well equipped & in a great spot. Only two bits of feedback: - We had two adults & two tweens... the bathroom was an ok size for us but if you had more adults or teenagers it may be a tight squeeze. - Kitchen is good for breakfast and lunches but was tricky for dinner (no exhaust hood).

A delightful beach house escape
Sofia - 21st August 2024We had a delightful long w/e at Barney’s Beach house Narrawallee with our dog, and happily recommend it to other dog owners or visitors. Walking distance to the off lead beach with a spacious secure grassed yard, it’s perfect for dogs. The humble house has been thoughtfully renovated and we wanted for nothing. Comfy beds & bedding, nice toiletries, squeaky clean, and well run by the booking agent whip were easy to book and communicate with, we will definitely be back !

Lucy - 12th March 2024We had a wonderful long weekend at Barney’s Beach House. We were a group of six (including 4 teenagers) plus two border collies. We loved the tasteful renovations and furnishings, the outdoor shower, well equipped kitchen, cleanliness, close proximity to the beach and really appreciated the wine, chocolate and coffee pods on arrival! The dogs loved the backyard too! We hope to stay again - thank you.

Impressed the moment we drove into the driveway.
Lisa - 4th March 2024We loved it so much and so did our dog Sunny with her non stop zoomies, she was so happy there. The house was beautifully renovated from the inside out, the interior all went so well together. We couldn’t fault it. If you're looking for a super relaxed place to go on break that's dog friendly then Barneys is it! Only minutes walk to the dog friendly beach and less than a 10 min drive to beautiful restaurants. We often struggle with finding places to go with Sunny but this was simple perfection.

The beach house was beautifully renovated and decorated inside and out. Thoughtful touches abound including an outside shower and dog washing tap. Couldn’t fault it. Quite and sounds of the Ocean
Kathryn - 9th December 2023Barney’s beach house was so lovely and quiet. The sounds of ocean waves crushing from the back deck and main bedroom, while waiting for the sun to go down was just what my mother and I needed after a big year. The thoughtful card and gifts from the team to welcome us was a lovely touch. I had booked this house for a getaway with my old dog(Lilly). Unfortunately Lilly passed away three weeks before, Lilly would have loved the backyard and deck to sit on. I would recommend this Barneys to anyone!

A fantastic getaway
Despina - 5th October 2023Our family just enjoyed a four night stay at Barney's it was the perfect getaway. The house is newly renovated and very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is small but functional and has everything you need to prepare basic meals. The location is excellent with a short walk to the beach and short drive to Milton, Mollymook and other parts of the coast to explore.

Perfect Stay
Michelle - 23rd September 2023Our 3 nights at Barney's Beach House was just perfect. We really appreciated the special touches of Woodstock Chocolate, Campos coffee pods and Farm Hand Shiraz. Bonnie, our English Cocker Spaniel loved her first ever holiday too. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well kitted out. Secure back yard for your furry friends. We hope to visit again in the not too distant future. Communication from Platinum Escapes was exceptional.
