Expect bright, airy spaces for relaxing, a peaceful retreat with spectacular water views after a day at the beach or take advantage of all Mollymook has to offer in the evening. Situated on the private road, an easy walk to either of the two Bannisters restaurants, there is plenty of entertainment and amenity right at hand.

From the forecourt, you enter directly into the oversized open-plan layout including spacious dining, lounge and kitchen, all oriented to face the jaw-dropping views. The living spaces open on to a large deck with outdoor dining overlooking the water. From the generous couches in the lounge room, take in the all-weather views while watching the smart TV blu-ray, DVD player.
The fully appointed kitchen features 900mm cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso machine and usual cooking equipment and small appliances. There is a barbecue under shelter in the street-side forecourt. The large family bathroom includes shower and separate toilet, plus laundry with washing machine for guest use all on the main level.
Wake up to glass walls of views from the bed in the primary bedroom, which also features en suite bathroom with shower and walk in wardrobe.
The second bedroom is on the main level features a wall of built-in wardrobes.

The enormous upstairs loft boasts further elevated water views, with a chill out couch, additional smart TV and blu-ray DVD player an ideal second hang out space. Please note the loft is completely private visually, but it does not have door separation from the open staircase. Also note, the loft space warms up on hot days.
Linens are provided – but don’t forget to bring your own beach towels!
The property and linens are professionally cleaned between guest visits. Wifi is provided.
There is a private car spot directly in front of the house on the private road – or utilise the garage for tandem parking for two cars note: remotes not provided, plus additional street parking on Mitchell Parade in front of the property.
The floorplan is best suited for a couple or a small-sized family group. Please note: the property is recommended for children 5yrs and older as some features like the open-tread hardwood stairs and showers might not suit younger children. There is no cot or high chair on premise.
The home is all yours! The separate downstairs owner’s storage cannot accessed during your stay. You are welcome to use the downstairs garden. Note: the garden is not fenced
