Completely renovated and immaculately presented with incredible styling and taste. This large family home that offers a relaxing holiday life style split over 2 levels and been designed to accommodate 10 adults and 4 children in style and comfort.

Large fully equipped kitchen, with stone bench top and butler's pantry, dining and living area's all flow seamlessly with the outdoors. Large upstairs deck with views to the ocean is the perfect spot to sit back and relax with a large dining table, lounge and outdoor kitchen. Two bedrooms and a bathroom completes the upstairs.

Downstairs has an additional lounge area complete with kids entertaining, four bedrooms, a bathroom and an internal laundry.

With the location being an easy walk to Mollymook Beach (patrolled over the summer months), Hilltops Golf Club, 9 hole Beachside Golf Course, Restaurants, Cafes & the famous Mollymook Beach Hut takeaway.

Ocean Blue is absolutely perfect holiday home for friends, families and extended families as there is plenty of room for everyone. All you need to do is arrive, pack a beach towel and enjoy!

Internet access - Complimentary WI-FI is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email or will be available at the property. Please note however that we cannot guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the unit will not be serviced, shampoo / conditioner are not supplied.

An amazing holiday location and property, easier access to wifi details and 2 sets of keys would be handy when there is a large group staying, but either way it didn't impact on our holiday or our time at such a great property.
