Location is excellent. Right across from the beach. The apartment was very clean, very functional and had everything we needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with ample everything. Great laundry with several clothes racks for drying along with dryer. The layout of the apartment is great. Perfect for our family of four. My only criticism is that the air conditioning is only in the living area. The bedrooms have fans but it was way too hot to sleep some nights.

Exceptional stay

The property (whilst appearing outdated from the outside), is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. It has everything needed, with good quality linen, kitchenware and bedding. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of activities with board games, dvds. We also got two complimentary coffees to use at Milton Bakery. The company was quick and responsive. The only thing we weren’t clear on was the use of the pool and tennis court. All in all a wonderful stay at Fathoms

Great location, great apartment

The holiday apartment has fantastic amenities, ranging from a sparkling swimming pool and tennis court to a big balcony with stunning views, ensuring an unforgettable stay filled with relaxation and enjoyment. Very well appointed inside and big enough for two couples. Just loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk across the road to soak up the morning rays and a quick dip.

Fathoms 17

Every room was very clean. Anything you needed was there, games,dvd’s, tennis racquets and balls. All cleaning things,toilet paper, spray, garbage bags, foil, glad wrap etc. I have never seen a place suppled with so much before. I took things from home which I didn’t need to use. It was excellent. Gary’s wife (Sue).

Fabulous location with beautiful views of the ocean. A very comfortable apartment with everything you possibly need for a very relaxing holiday. Very clean and well-appointed. Overpriced.

Large unit, narrow view of the ocean between trees, very close to the beach but not suitable for swimming, fabulous for paddling and watching the waves. The sun shines in in late February but the blinds are opaque so closing them completely obscures the view. Large balcony with very clean Weber Q bbq. Lovely fine wine glasses. Nice swimming pool. Comfortable walk to the golf club for bistro dinner and the restaurant downstairs is great for a special dinner. Shops not in walking distance.
