Great spot. Everything there you need. Very comfy. Few issues- Fire alarms - all kept on going off. (deoderant?) Roller door was sticking Not as clean inside cupboards/under beds and couches as when we hired last time. Back yard a little untidy.

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the property. We’re so pleased you found it comfortable and enjoyed your stay overall. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. Had we been notified during your stay regarding the fire alarms, we would have attended straight away or arranged for our compliance contractor to come out immediately. Unfortunately, we weren’t made aware at the time, so we didn’t have the opportunity to investigate and resolve it for you while you were there. The alarms have since been checked and are functioning correctly. Regarding the roller door, the owner has been notified and will attend to it to ensure it operates smoothly. In relation to the cleanliness concerns, we take this very seriously. The property is professionally cleaned before each stay; however, we have followed up with our cleaning team to reinforce attention to detail, particularly in areas such as cupboards and under beds and couches. As for the yard, it has a lot of foliage, and windy conditions can sometimes affect how tidy it appears. The yard is normally swept prior to arrival, and we will continue to ensure it’s maintained as best as possible. House has amazing views, is in a perfect spot to be able to walk everywhere you need to in Mollymook. House is clean and tidy and has a great layout with bedrooms upstairs

The team at Platinum Escapes were fantastic with communications. The property was clean and tidy and the kitchen well equipped. The view from the partially covered deck was amazing. Great for 3 couples or a large family.

Amazing location

Straight across the road from the beach. Within walking distance to Mollymook Golf Club, cafes and coffee shops. Lovely, clean rooms all with views of the beach. Would definitely stay there again.
