If you know Mollymook, than you will also know that Mitchell Parade is highly sought address. This five bedrooms and two bathrooms house comfortably accommodates eight guests, that takes in the beautiful location of Mollymook Beach and glimpses of the Pacific Ocean.

The split over two levels, the property offers an upstairs open plan living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, the generous outdoor deck looks over an expansive fenced yard and is complete with outdoor dining and BBQ.

Stair access to the northern end of Mollymook Beach is only 25 metres away - making this unique home perfect for a large family gathering, or a get-together with friends and families.

Please note however that we cannot guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the unit will not be serviced, shampoo / conditioner are not supplied.

Yes. Good pricing and communication from the team Love the Location, size and being dog friendly, I Would recommend the beds and couch be updated, however. They are very old and not supportive enough. If this occurred, we would very likely stay regularly.
