Situated 200M from the south end of Mollymook Beach which is patrolled over the summer months and perfect for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding.

The Mollymook Beach hut is an easy stroll to drop in for a relaxed dining experience overlooking the beach, or for something a bit more special Rick Steins restaurant is a short drive away.

Great family accomodation

This townhouse was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, tidy, modern and well supplied, and great location. The big double garage was great and easy to access. The kitchen had the essentials plus a few extras to prepare meals, and good quality appliances. The blu-ray players were a nice surprise, as was the extra room down in the garage. The 2nd bathroom and laundry were great as well for our family, with all necessary supplies for laundry. Great to have the lines in garage for rainy days.

Having just had a great weekend at Mollymook, we would certainly recommend it as a place to head for if you are looking for a beach holiday. Our accommodation was excellent and we preferred to be one block back from the main beach. The unit is spacious, and very well equipped. The under unit car parking with a roller door is a bonus.

Great Location

Summer Breeze was a great place to stay, walk to the beach restaurants & cafe. The town house was light, airy & had a large balcony, comfortable beds & lounges. The kitchen was very well equiped & very clean. Loved the large garage & downstairs shower, we could hang all our beach towels & things to dry without taking them in the house. Booking was seemless from start to finish, good communication with Platinum, very clear intructions for self checkin. Great property will stay again
