I had a terrible experience booking this through airbnb and what seemiking appeared to be a genuine host only to be past off to some random company without explanation at the last minute.Poor customer service - I did not book through this company and was not told this is who I would be dealing with. Then I was told I had to give details to them - without explanation . Completely and utterly annoyed at the whole situation and the value for money
