December Family Getaway
Nick - 11th December 2023We just had a great weeklong stay down at Mollymook at 116 Mitchell. The property is perfectly located, allowing us to walk back and forth to the beach all day every day. The property has sweeping, elevated views over Mollymook Beach from the huge deck, where we spent most of our home time. Inside was also spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped for all of our cooking! Maricka and Kylie were also very attentive during the booking process and in the lead-up to our stay! Thnaks again!

Overrated
Jayne - 18th March 2023I had a terrible experience booking this through airbnb and what seemiking appeared to be a genuine host only to be past off to some random company without explanation at the last minute.Poor customer service - I did not book through this company and was not told this is who I would be dealing with. Then I was told I had to give details to them - without explanation . Completely and utterly annoyed at the whole situation and the value for money

Dear Jayne Thank you for your review however we are a little confused as to what has upset you so much. Yes you did make a booking via airbnb, and I'm sure you are aware that Airbnb is a booking channel only and each individual property listed on their website is either managed by an agency or an individual host. In this case The Corner Cottage is managed by an agency "Platinum Escapes Holiday Management". and from the minute you book you are sent an email Thanking you for booking a home managed by Platinum Escapes. We had constant communication with you by phone and email and at no point were you ever passed onto some random person or company. We apologise for your disappointment and any confusion you may have experienced.
