Having established the original Tony’s Pizza… House in 1977 here on Wason Street serving Pizza and Pasta only, we gradually expanded to Tony’s Italian Restaurant and introduced an A-la-carte menu specializing in true authentic Italian classics. We are a family that oozes with passion for the love of sharing Italian food, and according to the locals… one of the best authentic Italian Restaurant in the South Coast. OUR COFFEE Why is our coffee so good? We brew with passion, consistency and damn fine Will&Co beans. Our house 808 blend has a sweet floral aroma with crisp acidity and a caramel finish which makes… for a delicious brew. DELICIOUS, HEALTHY FOOD We change our menu seasonally to reflect the most vibrant produce on offer, and always try to use what our neighbours grow. Nourishing whole foods and raw snacks are made in-house to fuel your day!

We are a bar & casual dining venue overlooking Ulladulla Harbour. We’re known for our world class cocktails, a wine list that has a focus on local + lo-fi wines, all complemented by our tacos and… share plates inspired by Central American flavours. Bookings for weekends and busy periods are encouraged to ensure a table, but we always welcome walk-ins in our bar area for any last-minute plans.

The senses of sight, smell, sound and touch all form the foundations of craft roasting. At Maverick we aren’t opposed to roasting both light and dark because we understand that roasting coffee for milk,… espresso and filter all require different approaches. When we roast, we roast with conviction to bring out the personality of each coffee for each purpose of use. Unlocking a coffee’s potential takes patience, passion and is far more complex than most end users will ever know and ever need to know because that’s why we are here; to do it for you. We invest a huge amount of time and energy into sourcing our coffees and ensuring that the quality of the beans is preserved when we roast. Gwylo Mollymook , is the new restaurant from Matt and his team and its SUPERB! Think mind blowing Asian street food in a fantastic buzzing atmosphere, with a little dash of party. You will need to book… a table for Gwylo Mollymook WELL in advance, but keep an eye on their socials too as they occasionally have a late cancellation or bar seats available. #boocrew
